Pricing questions
Do I need to be prequalified to use this?
No. You're not bidding on government work — you're selling to the company that just won it. Supplying a contract winner needs no prequalification scheme, and subcontracting to a head contractor doesn't either, because they hold it, not you.
What is the difference between Radar and Radar Pro?
Radar covers one state and up to three categories, with the last 30 days of awards and verified contact details. Radar Pro covers every state and category, the full archive, contract-expiry alerts, decision-maker contacts, resourcing estimates and CSV export.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes on monthly — no lock-in. Cancel from Settings → Manage billing and you keep access to the end of the period you have paid for. Annual plans run their term.
Why is annual cheaper?
Annual is priced at ten months for twelve, so you save two. $290/yr on Radar instead of $348, and $990/yr on Radar Pro instead of $1,188.
Are the contact details actually verified?
Every contact is badged. 'Verified' means we confirmed it against a live source. Anything we could only infer is labelled as such, and anything unconfirmed is marked unknown rather than shown as good.
Where does the data come from?
Publicly published Australian government contract award notices — AusTender for federal, plus the state and territory procurement portals. We aggregate them, then enrich each winner with contact details and context.
How do refunds work?
Consistent with Australian Consumer Law. Cancelling stops future charges; if the service is faulty or not as described, you are entitled to a remedy.
