Find the lead. Tap the number.
Never lose the thread.
Most deals in Australia still close on the phone — but the phone work happens in a mess of spreadsheets, sticky notes and memory. The SalesM8 calling cockpit queues your day, dials from the lead card, and logs every outcome, note and follow-up, so the next call is always obvious.
Try the call-logging flow
Call history on this lead
- No calls logged yet. Pick an outcome on the left and hit Log call — every entry stays on the lead forever, exactly like the real cockpit.
Interactive demo with sample data — this is the exact flow you use after every call in the real cockpit.
From “who do I call?” to hung-up-and-logged.
Your queue orders the day
Open the cockpit and it tells you exactly how many calls are due today. Follow-ups you scheduled come first, then callbacks, then fresh high-fit leads, then your saved list. No spreadsheet triage — the day is already sorted.
One tap to dial
Every lead card carries a click-to-call button on its verified number. On your mobile it opens the dialler; on desktop it hands off to any softphone that answers tel: links. Your phone, your number, no per-minute charges from us.
Log it before you hang up
Tap an outcome, drop a quick note, pick a follow-up — tomorrow, two days, a week. The lead files itself, keeps its full call history, and resurfaces at the top of your queue on the right day.
Everything between you and the dial tone, removed.
Six things the cockpit does today — not a roadmap, not a beta. Each one exists to keep you on the phone instead of in admin.
Click-to-call from every lead
The number on the lead card is the dial button. Tender winners, DA approvals, saved pipeline — if it has a verified phone, it's one tap from ringing. No copy-paste, no separate dialler app.
Nine one-tap outcomes
No answer, call back, interested, info sent, meeting booked, won, not interested, bad number, do not contact. One tap and the lead's status is set — the queue re-sorts itself around what actually happened.
Notes that stay on the lead
Type what mattered while it's fresh. Every note lands on the lead's timeline next to the outcome and timestamp, so the next call opens with the full story — even if it's six weeks later.
Follow-ups that come back
Schedule tomorrow, in two days, or in a week — one tap while you're logging. When the day arrives the lead is waiting at the top of your queue under "Follow-ups due". Nothing lives in your head.
Verify before you dial
One click runs a live check on the lead: phone line type and carrier, email deliverability, and a hunt for better addresses on the company domain — with a confidence score. Fewer dead numbers, fewer wasted dials.
Built into the pipeline
The cockpit isn't a bolt-on dialler — it sits on the same data as the rest of SalesM8. Reveal a tender winner or a DA-approval lead and it's callable, loggable and schedulable in the same screen.

What callers say.
Customer stories land here as they come in.

The questions people actually ask.
Does it record calls?
No. The cockpit logs outcomes, notes and follow-ups — not audio. Recording-consent law differs between Australian states, so we built the cockpit around structured logging you can rely on anywhere in the country.
Do I need a VoIP subscription or new hardware?
No. Click-to-call uses standard tel: links, so calls go through whatever you already use — your mobile, your desk phone app, or any softphone on your computer. We never sit in the middle of the call or charge per minute.
Where does my call data live?
In your SalesM8 workspace, hosted in Australia. Your call history, notes and follow-ups are your data — they're never sold or shared.
Is all of this live today?
Yes — the queue, click-to-call, outcome logging, notes, follow-ups and contact verification are all live now. The AI calling features above are on the roadmap and clearly labeled Coming; we don't sell them as available until they are.
